Discrimination is against the law.

Vision Source Mandan complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex. We do not exclude people or treat them differently because of these characteristics.

We will provide free aids and services in order to communicate effectively such as sign language interpreters, verbalizing written forms, language translators, and written forms in other languages. If you are in need of specialized services, please let our clinic know in advance of your appointment so that the appropriate arrangements can be made.

If you believe we have not treated you fairly, you can file a grievance in writing addressed to: Dr. Brittany Schauer, Vision Source Mandan, 107 6^th Ave. NW, Mandan ND 58554.
