Brittany G. Schauer, O.D.

Meet the experienced and friendly eye doctors who make Vision Source Mandan the leading provider of vision care products and services in Mandan.

Dr. Brittany (Becker) Schauer joined Vision Source Mandan in the summer of 2012. She grew up on a farm and ranch near Streeter, ND and attended school in Napoleon, where she graduated as valedictorian in 2004. Dr. Schauer went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Mary in 2008. She obtained her optometric education from Pacific University College of Optometry where she graduated in 2012, with honors. Dr. Schauer likes being involved in the profession and is a member of the North Dakota Optometric Association (NDOA) and the American Optometric Association (AOA). She also is a current member of the Bismarck-Mandan Young Professionals group. Dr. Schauer enjoys being involved in the community of Mandan and has served on the Mandan Horse and Saddle Club board of directors and has been involved with the Mandan Rodeo Committee. In her spare time, Dr. Schauer enjoys riding and competing on her horses in a variety of events including reining, barrel racing, and English events. Dr. Schauer is married to her husband, Dave, and they have been blessed with two children.
